The completion of booking any appointment directly indicates that you have read, understand & agree to this contract outlining Alix Arthur Design’s policies & procedures. Thank you for taking the time to carefully read.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time will result in the loss of your 50% booking deposit. The remaining 50% of the service cost will also be charged & due upon receipt via an emailed invoice. All cancellations should be made by email to info@alixarthurdesign.com or by text @ (604)250-0361.
Please be mindful of rescheduling a week or less away from your booking, as it can be very difficult to fill these last minute spots. Refrain from consecutive rescheduling.
Late Arrival Policy:
If 15+ minutes late, I reserve the right to reschedule your booking and not reimburse your 50% deposit.
Redo Appointment Policy:
If you ever feel like you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let me know during your appointment or within 7 days after your service has been performed. If I am notified of your wish for an adjustment, I will consider scheduling you for an adjustment. The price of this adjustment may vary depending on my interpretation of the specific circumstances and can range from no charge, to cost of product only, to full price.
Please note that this Agreement does not cover a change in the style or colour from the initial request, as that would be considered a whole new service in contrast to an adjustment or redo.
Communication Consent Clause:
This contract hereby grants Alix Arthur the irrevocable right and permission to contact you through various communication channels including, but not limited to, electronic mail (email), text messages, direct mail, and telephone calls for matters related to the services and agreements herein. This consent covers all forms of contact, both currently known and developed hereafter, ensuring continuous communication capability as technology evolves.
Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully, exhibiting intoxication, or if their state of health may influence the success of the service.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with me will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
